Making a Difference
Our Resident Service Coordinators act as a bridge between residents and resources in the surrounding communities. They provide support, information and encourage interaction.
These types of support services are the cornerstone of our housing ministry as we promote mutually caring and comfortable environments characterized by respectful relationships. More >
Franciscan Ministries is committed to providing quality affordable housing in a compassionate environment that promotes wholeness of life within ourselves and the communities we serve.
Our housing ministries will be recognized for excellence in property management and a well-integrated network of support services that provide hope, growth and opportunity.
Our values, which flow from our Mission and Catholic tradition, must have meaning for every one of us. Through them we put human and community development into practice at Franciscan Ministries. The following behaviors are expected of all associates, volunteers, and everyone else acting on behalf of the organization. We hope these behaviors will influence, for the better, each person whose life we touch.
We value each person as sacred, created in the image and likeness of God, which gives meaning to each personís life.
We value honesty and words and actions that build trust.
We value personal and professional growth that combines the physical, emotional, spiritual and relational aspects of life and work.
We value superior performance in our work and service.
We value our responsibility to use human, financial and natural resources entrusted to us for the common good, with special concern for those who are poor.
